Tranquility Wellbeing supports and empowers people to cultivate calmer, happier lives using psychology and mindfulness meditation techniques, specialising in stress and anxiety management, low mood, self-esteem/confidence and assertiveness skills. Tranquility Wellbeing works online one-to-one and in-person with groups, supporting organisations or workplaces with bespoke wellbeing workshops/presentations and wellbeing retreats.
